Please read these before using STAR ALARM ("the app"). By using it you agree to them. The app is run by Werner Technology.
What you hear and see
The voices, videos and scripts of historical figures, and of callers made from photos, are AI-made fiction. They are not things the real people said.
Photos you upload
- Upload only photos of yourself, or of someone who agreed to it.
- Impersonating others, offensive content and content that infringes anyone's rights are not allowed.
- We review photos and may decline to make a caller, or delete one.
Alarms
Phone settings (battery saving, notifications, silent mode…) or faults can stop or delay an alarm. Don't rely on the app alone for anything important.
No warranty
The app is provided as is. Except for our intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for damage arising from its use.
Changes
We may change or end the app and these terms without notice.
Law
Japanese law governs these terms; the Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance.
