Deleting your data

From the app

1. Open STAR ALARM and tap ⚙ at the top right for Settings.
2. Tap Delete all my data at the bottom, and confirm.

This device's name, photos, the videos and voices made from them, notices and play records are deleted from the server at once. Backups keep them for up to 14 days. Alarms on the phone go when you uninstall the app.

If you can't open the app

Write to support@staralarm.app with when you sent a photo and your phone's model; we'll find that data and delete it.
